Utilities - ProCore Property Solution

When we manage your property, on the day we begin, we will have all of the utility billing transferred into our business name. We have a standing landlord agreement with all of the utility companies in Ada, Canyon, and Gem counties.

When we get a utility bill for your property, we will promptly pay your bill until the property is rented. Once the property is occupied, we will ensure that all utilities are transferred to the tenant unless the lease specifies that a specific utility is included in the rent payment.

All charges and payments will be shown on your monthly accounting report.

It is recommended that you include a small reserve of funds on account so we can pay your bills for you until the property is rented.
