Communication is the most important facet in the property management of your rental. Our goal is to have clear communication with our owners, tenants and vendors. We have found that this eases the minds of everybody involved.
We run credit checks, background checks, job checks, and referral checks to get a qualified tenant in place.
Inspections- We inspect the properties at least twice a year and conduct a drive by inspection up to 7 times each year.
Accounting- we handle every detail of the accounting with collecting the rent, deposits, end of year reporting, monthly statements, cash flow reports and much more- you name it we have the report.
